Michael is a geologist specialising in economic geology with extensive experience in exploration throughout Australia for gold, base metals, tantalum, tin and nickel and taking projects from exploration to feasibility. He previously held positions with Homestake Australia Limited and Sons of Gwalia Limited. He was Managing Director and a Director with Tantalum Australia NL (now ABM Resources Ltd) from September 1999 to October 2005. His last position was as Managing Director of Galaxy Resources Limited. Michael is a Director of Investmet.

Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and has more than 30 years of experience in public practice. He was a partner in BDO Chartered Accountants and Advisers (Perth) for 22 years with the last 11 years in the role of managing partner. Stephen established the Corporate Finance division of BDO Perth and was the partner in charge of this division until he retired from practice in 2003. Since 2003, Stephen has acted as the chief financial officer of the Nacap Asia Pacific Group as well as other consultancy and directorship roles. Stephen is a Director of Investmet.

Graham Anderson is a graduate of Curtin University and has over 20 years' commercial experience as a Chartered Accountant. He operates his own specialist accounting and management consultancy practise, providing a range of corporate advisory and audit services to both public and private companies. From 1990 to 1999 he was the audit partner at Horwath Perth. He is a director and company secretary of a number of listed and unlisted public companies in both the resource and industrial sectors. He is a director of ASX listed AHA Financial Services Limited, Dynasty Metals Australia Ltd and Echo Resources Limited and is company secretary of several listed public companies. At Pegasus, Graham is responsible for compliance matters, financial reporting and corporate governance.
