Corporate Profile

Craig Munro is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over 35 years experience in the mining industry. He is currently Vice President Corporate & Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Anvil Mining Limited.  From late 1997 to early 2002 he was Executive Director, Finance for Aquarius Platinum Limited during which time he was responsible for all financial and corporate matters. More recently he was a non-executive director of Gallery Gold Limited.  He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.  Craig brings to Pegasus considerable experience in project and equity funding public mining companies listed on ASX, the UK AIM market and the Canada TSX.

Peter Andrews is an honours graduate in geology and law from The University of Western Australia.  He finished his science studies at the end of 1967 and worked as geologist for several years.  In 1975 he resumed university studies and graduated in law, returning to the resources industry in 1978. In 1986 he listed the first of a number of ASX listed companies of which he has been a substantial shareholder.  He has been Chairman, Managing Director and non-executive director of over 20 ASX listed companies.  For over 20 years, he has been involved in the listing, reconstruction, sourcing of projects, funding and management of resource companies, petroleum and technology companies. He was Managing Director of Alliance Resources Limited when it acquired its Beverley Four Mile Uranium Project tenement. He is currently Chairman of Echo Resources Limited.

Graham Anderson is a graduate of Curtin University and has over 20 years' commercial experience as a Chartered Accountant.  He operates his own specialist accounting and management consultancy practise, providing a range of corporate advisory and audit services to both public and private companies.  From 1990 to 1999 he was the audit partner at Horwath Perth.  He is a director and company secretary of a number of listed and unlisted public companies in both the resource and industrial sectors.  He is a director of ASX listed AHA Financial Services Limited, Dynasty Metals Australia Ltd and Echo Resources Limited and is company secretary of AHA Financial Services Limited, Apex Minerals NL, Dynasty Metals Australia Ltd and Echo Resources Limited.  At Pegasus, Graham will be responsible for compliance matters, financial reporting and corporate governance.
